Issues with Ubisoft titles when using PS Now

While streaming our games using the PS Now service, you may occasionally encounter some issues. Below, we list the most common situations and steps you can take to resolve them.
 
Account linking

If this is your first time playing a Ubisoft game on the Playstation, you will need to link your accounts. The option should be available to you when you launch our title on PS Now. 

In case you encounter an error or are unable to link your account that way, please follow the instructions available in this article to complete the process via your Account Management page.


Connectivity issues

As streaming can impact the overall quality of your connection, you may encounter latency or stability issues while playing online multiplayer modes in our games.

To improve your experience, we recommend downloading the game to your system before playing online.

Streaming relies heavily on your internet connection. At slower speeds, you may find that you experience frame drops or freezing of the game.

The in-game store in eligible games is not available while streaming the game. Downloading the game to your system will allow you to access it again!
