Panzer General 2 Patch v1.02

Corrections in version 1.02:
Internet and LAN Play:
- The Chat panel now functions properly.
- The Chat icon lights up to indicate incoming messages.
- The screen can be scrolled during an opponent's turn.
- Synchronization errors pertaining to combat results, undoing moves, and reinforcements appearing have been corrected.
Additional Corrections:
- Problems related to installing to the Z drive, or having the CD-Rom as the Z drive have been corrected.
- Paratroopers can now take cities and objectives.
