The following ports need to be open in your router or firewall, in order to play this game online:
Ports:
[TCP] 40000 - 42999, 80, 6667, 6668
[UDP] 45000 - 45001, 41006, 10070 - 10080, 4400, 3658
If you have a router with a unique IP address, and you want to create rooms and games (so you can host a server), you must route these ports to your console.
If you are behind a router and continue to have trouble connecting to ubi.com, or a game server please make sure that you have the latest firmware driver updates for your router from the manufacturers website.
