On which OS can I play Mighty Quest?

To play The Might Quest for Epic Loot you require an Android version KitKat 4.4 (and higher), or iOS 8.0 (and higher).

What devices can I use to play Mighty Quest?

The game offers the best play experience on iPhone 5/5c (and higher) for iOS. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a satisfying gaming experience on older devices.

What are the game controls?

Mighty Quest supports Touch Mode only. The game is only available in portrait view.

How big is the application download? 

The initial download package is less than 100 MB. 

Can I play the game with a pad controller?

No, pad controls are currently incompatible with The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot.

If I uninstall then reinstall the game, will I lose my progress?

Yes! The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot is not yet being backed up by an automatic cloud save, this feature will be arriving in the near future. If you have accidentally lost your save, please reach out to our Customer Support team for assistance. 

I want to start over with a new character. Do I have multiple saves?

No. You are limited to a single character per account. If you wish to create a new hero, you will need to play the game using a different Google Play or Game Center account.

What languages is the game currently localised to?

The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot is currently only available in English. We will be releasing additional localisations soon.

How do I switch off the music and sounds in the game?

Select Settings from the Quest menu, there you can enable or disable both Music and Sounds.

What can I do if I have a problem with my game?

If you are having issues with your game, you can access Support through the Settings button in the Quest menu.
