Cancelling my Ubisoft Store pre-order

Digital items
Pre-orders of eligible digital Ubisoft titles may be cancelled as long as the product has not been delivered, typically, up to the titile's official release day.

Once you have received your digital Nintendo Switch key, you will not be able to cancel your order.

To cancel your pre-order for a digital item, select the Ask for a refund link next to the relevant product on the Order History page of the Ubisoft Store.

Physical items
The cancellation period for pre-orders can vary between 15 and 30 days, depending on the product.

Once we begin preparing to ship your order, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Physical products will be shipped to arrive on or after the official release date, depending on the shipping method selected during checkout.
 
If you are unable to contact us to cancel the pre-order, you can return the product in its original condition or reach out to your courier to refuse the shipment.
 
You will receive a refund once the return shipment is processed.
