We are aware that some SLI/Crossfire configurations can trigger a black flicker or too dark shadows in Far Cry 4. As a workaround, please try the following:

2. Change your in-game setting in the file GamerProfile.xml

1. Open the NVIDIA Control Panel
2. On the left side select Manage 3D Settings under 3D Settings
3. Select the Program Settings tab
4. For the program Far Cry 4, please set up Anisotropic Filtering to be Application-controlled

1. Open the AMD Radeon Settings
2. Head to the first top-left tab Gaming then select Far Cry 4
3. Click on Anti-Aliasing Mode and select Use application settings
4. Click on the Apply button then close the AMD Radeon Settings panel

2. Change your in-game setting in the file GamerProfile.xml
- Open the folder of your game profile directory (default location is: C:\Users\%username%\Documents\My Games\Far Cry 4\%UserID%\GamerProfile.xml)
- Locate the file GamerProfile.xml, right click on it and select Open with...
- Choose Notepad in the list
- Once the file is open, search for the word AlphaToCoverage
- Change the value of AphaToCoverage to 0
- Next, search the word Lighting Quality
- Change the value of Lighting Quality to ultrahigh
- Finally, click on File on the top left corner of this window and select Save
- Locate the file GamerProfile.xml, right click on it and select Open with...
- Choose Notepad in the list
- Once the file is open, search for the word AlphaToCoverage
- Change the value of AphaToCoverage to 0
- Next, search the word Lighting Quality
- Change the value of Lighting Quality to ultrahigh
- Finally, click on File on the top left corner of this window and select Save
