Crashing issue with Monopoly Plus

We are aware of an issue affecting console versions of Monopoly Plus, which causes the game to crash at the home screen.

Our teams are investigating the situation.

As a workaround, you can follow these steps:

•  Disconnect your console from the wireless/wired connection.
To disable the connection, please follow the steps for your console:

•  Launch Monopoly Plus without an internet connection.
•  Reconnect to the internet at the main menu.

This should allow you to continue your session as normal.

If you are still encountering this issue after following these steps, please log in to your Ubisoft account and check that you have accepted our new Terms of Use.

You will receive a pop-up asking you to accept the new Terms of Use. If you do not see this, you have already accepted them.
