Battle Tag Hardware Troubleshooting

I am having trouble with my BattleTag hardware.

1. My T-Blaster doesn't make any sounds.

2. My T-Blaster doesn't fire.

1. My T-Blaster doesn't make any sounds.
Check that the T-Blaster is switched on.
Check that the batteries are new/charged. Change battery packs if necessary.
Download the latest software update.
If the problem persists, please contact a support representative (Ask a Question Tab) for additional troubleshooting. In some cases, we may ask to have you send the T-Blaster in for servicing.


2. My T-Blaster doesn't fire.
Check that the T-Blaster is switched on.
Check that the batteries are new/charged. Change battery packs if necessary.
Start a game and try with several different Sensor Vests to see whether the problem comes from the T-Blaster or the Sensor Vest.

If you continue having problems, check that no other UbiConnects are connected.
If the procedure refuses to work, try again an hour later (by which time external interference may have subsided).
