Do I need to log in to play this game?
We strongly recommend you log into Game Center or your Google account when playing Trolls: Crazy Party Forest. With your Game Center or Google account, you can play on different devices without losing your progress, and you can also add your Game Center friends to play with. Trolls: Crazy Party Forest supports Facebook too and will add your Facebook friends once you connect with it.
Do I need a data connection (internet) to play this game?
Yes. Trolls: Crazy Party Forest is an online game, and as such, it requires a data connection (either Wi-Fi or cellular) to be played.
I can't install the game, what should I do?
On some devices, the operating system doesn't inform you if you have run out of space. Please check that you have enough space on your device to install Trolls: Crazy Party Forest. The size of the game file is around 220 MB so you need at least that or more. If you have less, you need to delete some other applications and / or unused music and photos before installing Trolls: Crazy Party Forest.
My game crashes / won't load, what should I do?
If Trolls: Crazy Party Forest crashes while playing or will not fully load, please perform the following steps:

Your Trolls: Crazy Party Forest account is linked to your Game Center or Google Play Games account. Sign in to ether of these on your phone to access your saved game.
I'm connected to Facebook, why can't I see my friends?
Make sure you are able to log into your Facebook account from a web browser or the Facebook app, then restart the game and try to connect to Facebook in our game again.
How do I reset my progress?
Please contact our Customer Support team or delete Trolls: Crazy Party Forest from your phone, sign in with a Game Center account that is not linked to any Trolls: Crazy Party Forest account and reinstall Trolls: Crazy Party Froest.
