Unable to log in to your Ubisoft account

Please follow the steps outlined below if you are experiencing login issues:

On Ubisoft webpages
If you are experiencing issues logging into one of our webpages, please have a look at our article for browser troubleshooting.

For Ubisoft Connect PC
• Install the latest version of the Ubisoft Connect Desktop App.
• Start the Desktop App with admin rights.
• Make sure that the Ubisoft Connect is not set to offline mode.
• Check that Ubisoft Connect PC is not running into connectivity issues.
 
For Ubisoft Connect PC and on Ubisoft webpages
• Make sure you are using the right credentials for your Ubisoft account. Resetting your password may resolve any authentication issues.
• If you are still experiencing connectivity issues after following our troubleshooting steps, please try using your credentials on a different network (for instance, another Wi-Fi network or via mobile data). 

If your issue persists after trying all the above steps, do not hesitate to contact us. Please include your Ubisoft Connect PC log files, as well as your DxDiag and MSInfo reports in your case.
