If you are missing some additional content for your game, like the Year 1 Pass, unlockable content packs, pre-order bonuses or Warlords of New York content, please ensure that:
 
Content was included in your edition
 
Content was redeemed successfully

Content was downloaded and installed
 

In the event the items you should have received are still not available in-game after completing these steps, please contact us with the following information: 
 
What edition did you purchase?
Which pack or bonus content did you redeem? 
What content is missing? 

Please provide us with your proof of purchase and screenshots showing which items are missing to help us investigate!
