I have lost my save file or I'm using a new device. What can I do to recover my game?
To restore a game, log into the Facebook account you linked it to from the Social tab and the game will restart with your previous profile. However, if your game was not linked to Facebook, unfortunately, it cannot be recovered and you'll have to start over with the new game.
