In-game purchase delivery delayed

I tried purchasing virtual currency but the delivery of my items was delayed. Why?

回答:


As part of our ongoing efforts to improve and maintain the security of player accounts, some transactions may be referred for a risk assessment by our automated security system.

The process may take up to 24 hours and once the transaction has been approved, the in-game currency will be credited to your account.

To ensure your future transactions are approved, please:
• never share your credentials with third parties.
• check that you can afford the transaction before placing an order.
• avoid multiple purchase attempts if the first transaction has been declined.

Please note that trying to place orders repeatedly after your first transaction was refused, or refunding the transaction via your service provider while it is being processed may lead to sanctions.

If you have not received your items after 24 hours and have not heard from us in that time, please do not hesitate to contact us, attaching your proof of purchase to the case.
