In-Memoriam - I haven't received any e-mails and i am blocked

I have been playing for a while and everything was fine so far, but i haven't received any mails for a while and i'm blocked on a puzzle.

There are a few specific parts of the game where you won't receive any mail (e.g.when Julie is sleeping after a hard investigation)
But generally speaking, your receiving amils depends on your internet provider. Sometimes, it takes longer, due to an unusual amount of mails going through your internet provider.
