If this is your first time using Ubisoft Connect on this computer you need to login at least once before using Offline mode

In order to solve this issue, please follow steps below:

1. First, open Ubisoft Connect PC and click on Settings at the bottom.

2. Check if Always start Ubisoft Connect in offline mode is ticked. If it is, please untick the box.

3. Click on Back.

4. You should now be able to connect with your e-mail address and your password.
