Changing delivery details

To change the delivery address for an order you have already placed, please get in touch with our customer support team including your order number, purchasing account details and updated shipping information in the notes.

If you are looking to change the saved shipping information on your account, you can this on the Ubisoft Store website.

Please note that pre-orders are prepared for dispatch ahead of release, to give products the best chance of reaching you for the release date. It may not always be possible to amend your details because of this We recommend submitting your request as early as is possible.
