Unable to log in to your Ubisoft account

Before beginning troubleshooting steps, please make sure you are using the right log in information for your Ubisoft account. Resetting your password may resolve any authentication issues.

Should the issue persist please try the below steps in the order listed, logging in after completing each step to see if the issues have been resolved:

On Ubisoft webpages
• Try our browser troubleshooting steps.
• Test your log in on a different network (such as, another Wi-Fi network or via mobile data). 

On Ubisoft Connect PC
• Install the latest version of the Ubisoft Connect Desktop App.
• Start the Desktop App with admin rights.
• Make sure that the Ubisoft Connect is not set to offline mode.
• Check that Ubisoft Connect PC is not running into connectivity issues.
