Error MIKE on launch on PC

What can I do when I receive the error MIKE while launching The Division on PC?

回答:


The error MIKE is caused by the game not being able to access your profile.
 
If the game has never worked before, please visit our general connectivity troubleshooting page.
 
If you have been disconnected and getting the MIKE error when trying again, the game is simply trying to recover your profile.
Try again in 5 to 10 minutes. This will allow you to connect again.
Please note, it may take up to 30 minutes before you are able to reconnect. 

If you are also getting the error "Your progression might be lost", the game will recover the latest working profile. This usually leads to you losing up to 10 minutes of progress
 
While waiting for an account to be recovered, you can create or play with another character.
